Nicodemo no entendi\u00f3 las palabras de Cristo, entonces le pregunt\u00f3: \u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede nacer una persona siendo muy vieja? \u00bfPuede volver a entrar en el vientre de su madre y luego nacer? Jes\u00fas respondi\u00f3: \u201cEn verdad os digo que nadie puede entrar en el reino de Dios a menos que nazca y nazca de agua y del Esp\u00edritu, porque lo que nace de la carne es carne, y lo que nace del Esp\u00edritu es esp\u00edritu. No os maravill\u00e9is de que os diga: Os es necesario nacer de nuevo...\u201d (Juan 3:4-7, ver Juan 1:12-13).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El nacimiento superior del que habla Cristo es \u201cel lavamiento del segundo nacimiento y la renovaci\u00f3n que viene del Esp\u00edritu Santo\u201d (Tito 3:5), es decir, recibir el Esp\u00edritu Santo a trav\u00e9s del bautismo que se realiza en el nombre de la Sant\u00edsima Trinidad.<\/p>\n<p>La multitud reunida pregunt\u00f3 a Pedro y a los ap\u00f3stoles: \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 debemos hacer, hermanos?\u201d Pedro les dijo: \u201cArrepent\u00edos y baut\u00edcese cada uno de vosotros en el nombre de Jesucristo, y vuestros pecados os ser\u00e1n perdonados, y el Esp\u00edritu Santo os ser\u00e1 concedido\u201d (Hechos 2:38).<\/p>\n<p>Es la presencia del Esp\u00edritu Santo la que renueva el nacimiento del hombre. Esta presencia se produce dentro de la Iglesia a trav\u00e9s del sacramento del bautismo y otros sacramentos.<\/p>\n<p>El bautismo no fue un acto arbitrario impuesto por los ap\u00f3stoles, sino que fue un mandamiento que recibieron directamente de Cristo (Mateo 28:19) cuando les asegur\u00f3 que \u201cel que crea y sea bautizado, ser\u00e1 salvo, pero el que no crea, ser\u00e1 salvo\u201d. destruido\u201d (Marcos 16:16).<\/p>\n<p>Por el bautismo, la persona toma el cuerpo de Cristo y alcanza el cuerpo del Se\u00f1or resucitado. Cuando es sumergido tres veces en la pila bautismal, participa de la estancia de tres d\u00edas de Cristo en el infierno, y cuando emerge del agua, la vieja naturaleza de Ad\u00e1n ha muerto en \u00e9l, y se ha revestido de la nueva naturaleza, la naturaleza naciente. de Cristo (Romanos 6:93), por lo que no sigue siendo un ciudadano de la tierra que est\u00e1 condenado a muerte, sino que est\u00e1 registrado como ciudadano en el cielo y su nombre est\u00e1 escrito entre los vivos (Hebreos 12:23).<\/p>\n<p>Si pudi\u00e9ramos ver al hombre saliendo de la pila bautismal con una mirada puramente espiritual, nos dar\u00edamos cuenta de la transformaci\u00f3n y el cambio que se produjo a trav\u00e9s de este sacramento, y estar\u00edamos seguros de que a trav\u00e9s del bautismo se hab\u00eda despojado del viejo hombre y se hab\u00eda vestido. el cuerpo de Cristo resucitado y transformado, es decir, naci\u00f3 de nuevo de manera espiritual (Juan 3:4-7, 1:12-13). El ap\u00f3stol Pablo describe este acontecimiento con sus palabras: \u201c\u00bfNo sab\u00e9is que, habiendo sido bautizados en Jesucristo, fuimos bautizados en su muerte y fuimos sepultados juntamente con \u00e9l mediante el bautismo, para que muramos y vivamos una vida nueva, as\u00ed como \u00bfCristo resucit\u00f3 de entre los muertos por la gloria del Padre? Si estuvimos unidos a \u00c9l en una muerte similar a Su muerte, as\u00ed ser\u00e1 nuestra condici\u00f3n en Su resurrecci\u00f3n. Sabemos que nuestro viejo yo fue crucificado con \u00e9l para que este cuerpo pecaminoso desapareciera, para que ya no fu\u00e9ramos esclavos del pecado, porque el que muri\u00f3 fue libertado del pecado. Si hemos muerto con Cristo, creemos que viviremos con \u00e9l (Romanos 6-8).<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>B - Condiciones del bautismo<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cristo dijo que la salvaci\u00f3n es la porci\u00f3n de la persona que cree y es bautizada (Marcos 16:16), es decir que la condici\u00f3n para el bautismo es la fe en la persona de Cristo. Cuando decimos que una persona debe creer, no nos referimos a una fe abstracta o libre, como sucede cuando algunas personas dicen: \u00a1Creo que hay un poder superior! Nos referimos a una fe por la cual una persona est\u00e1 dispuesta a sacrificarlo todo, incluso su vida, si se le pide.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es lo que hicieron los m\u00e1rtires de nuestra Iglesia, y esto es lo que nosotros estamos llamados a hacer tambi\u00e9n: considerar nuestra fe como lo m\u00e1s valioso que poseemos, y no cambiarla por dinero, amistad con las personas o nuestra propia vida. (ver Mateo 16:25, Marcos 8:35, Lucas 9:24, Juan 12:25).<\/p>\n<p>Esta fe debe constar de tres elementos principales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El rechazo de Satan\u00e1s:<\/strong> Alej\u00e1ndonos de toda creencia, pensamiento u obra sat\u00e1nica (Santiago 4:7). Esto es lo que el hombre no puede hacer por s\u00ed solo, porque est\u00e1 sujeto a la autoridad de Satan\u00e1s (1 Juan 5:19, Juan 12:31, 14:30). Por esta raz\u00f3n, nuestra Iglesia, antes de iniciar el sacramento del bautismo, manda al esp\u00edritu maligno, en el nombre de Cristo, que salga del \u201cnuevo soldado de Cristo nuestro Dios\u201d que fue sellado con la se\u00f1al de la Santa Cruz, y alejarse de \u00e9l y no volver jam\u00e1s a \u00e9l. Y con el sello de la Santa Cruz, a Satan\u00e1s se le ordena alejarse tambi\u00e9n del agua del santo bautismo, para que sea \u201cel agua de redenci\u00f3n, el agua de santificaci\u00f3n, la purificaci\u00f3n del cuerpo y del alma, una fuente de renacimiento, renovaci\u00f3n del esp\u00edritu, gracia de adopci\u00f3n, manto de incorrupci\u00f3n y manantial de vida\u201d y que el que en \u00e9l se bautiza pueda ser renovado despu\u00e9s de haber sido destronado. El hombre viejo, el hombre de corrupci\u00f3n. y revestirse del hombre \u201crenovado\u201d a imagen de su Creador para llegar a ser tambi\u00e9n \u201cparticipante\u201d de la muerte y resurrecci\u00f3n de Cristo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pertenecer a Cristo<\/strong>: Es decir, transformar pensamientos, obras, amor y vida entera a Cristo y someterse completamente a \u00c9l (Santiago 4:7).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Postr\u00e1ndonos y adorando a Cristo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>C - Bautismo infantil<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Las personas de la iglesia antigua se convert\u00edan al cristianismo individualmente y aceptaban el bautismo a una edad avanzada, despu\u00e9s de haber recibido orientaci\u00f3n y predicaci\u00f3n que confirmaban su fe en Cristo. As\u00ed, se cre\u00f3 en la Iglesia una categor\u00eda especial, que es la de los catec\u00famenos, y de su existencia a\u00fan quedan hoy huellas en la Divina Misa, concretamente en la primera parte de la misma, que se compone de saludos, ant\u00edfonas y lecturas y termina con oraciones por los catec\u00famenos, y se llama por su nombre: Misa para los Catec\u00famenos.<\/p>\n<p>Pero esto no significa que la Santa Iglesia prohibiera el bautismo de los ni\u00f1os, o incluso de los ni\u00f1os mismos, porque esta prohibici\u00f3n significa privarlos de la salvaci\u00f3n (Juan 3,5), y porque Cristo mismo llam\u00f3 a los ni\u00f1os a s\u00ed mismo y los puso. su mano sobre ellos, bendici\u00e9ndolos y transfiri\u00e9ndoles la gracia del Esp\u00edritu Santo, dici\u00e9ndoles que los que son como ellos tienen el reino de los cielos (Mateo 19:14-15, Marcos 10:13-16, Lucas 18:15-17. ).<\/p>\n<p>Los ap\u00f3stoles bautizaron a todos los miembros de las familias que se convirtieron a la fe, sin distinci\u00f3n (Hechos 16:15-33, 1 Corintios 1:15). Vemos que la Santa Biblia muestra la circuncisi\u00f3n como una forma de bautismo (Col 2:11-12), y se realizaba al octavo d\u00eda del nacimiento del ni\u00f1o (G\u00e9nesis 17:12, Lev\u00edtico 12:3).<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, parece que el bautismo de ni\u00f1os era una costumbre seguida en la iglesia antigua. En cuanto a posponer el bautismo hasta una edad posterior, es una costumbre tard\u00eda. San Ireneo (150 d.C.) mencion\u00f3 esta costumbre eclesi\u00e1stica, mientras que San Cipriano (250 d.C.) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201csi los ancianos que han ca\u00eddo en grandes pecados merecen la gracia del santo bautismo, cu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s la merecen que los ni\u00f1os que no han pecado por naturaleza\u201d. , sino que son part\u00edcipes del pecado original.\u201d En cuanto a San Gregorio el Te\u00f3logo, dijo que los ni\u00f1os deben ser bautizados desde la infancia, \u201cpara que sean santificados y consagrados desde peque\u00f1os\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>D - La importancia de la contribuci\u00f3n personal al Santo Bautismo<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Algunos quiz\u00e1s se pregunten: \u00bfPuede un ni\u00f1o darse cuenta de este santo secreto? De hecho, comprender el secreto no depende de la capacidad mental de una persona, sino del amor de Dios. Por eso Nicholas Kabasilas dice: \u201cNosotros no lo buscamos a \u00e9l (Dios), sino que \u00e9l nos busc\u00f3 a nosotros\u201d. La oveja no pregunta por el pastor, pero el pastor pregunta por la oveja, y el dirham no pregunta por el due\u00f1o de la casa, sino que el due\u00f1o de la casa pide el dirham. Todo viene de Dios. Todo lo que una persona tiene que hacer es aceptar los efectos de la gracia divina y no poner obst\u00e1culos en su camino. Esto es lo que el ni\u00f1o peque\u00f1o hace mucho mejor, porque no puede poner obst\u00e1culos a la gracia de Dios ni resistirla psicol\u00f3gicamente.<\/p>\n<p>No hay duda de que la contribuci\u00f3n del ni\u00f1o al bautismo es peque\u00f1a, pero esto no tiene gran importancia, porque la capacidad cognitiva del adulto tambi\u00e9n puede no estar en armon\u00eda con los resultados de este misterio sagrado, incomprensible e indescriptible.<\/p>\n<p>Por estos motivos, la Iglesia Ortodoxa bautiza a los ni\u00f1os y cree que esta acci\u00f3n es correcta y conforme a la voluntad de Cristo (Mateo 19: 14-15).<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>E - La responsabilidad de los padres y padrinos<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En el caso de que los ni\u00f1os sean bautizados, queda claro que la responsabilidad de ense\u00f1ar y desarrollar la fe del nuevo miembro de la iglesia recae en su familia y padrinos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la naturaleza de esta responsabilidad? \u00bfQu\u00e9 se compromete a hacer el padrino o el propio catec\u00fameno si est\u00e1 bautizado y es mayor de edad, como ocurre en los pa\u00edses de misi\u00f3n? De hecho, encontramos la respuesta en el servicio sagrado que se celebra al catec\u00fameno antes de comenzar el sacramento del bautismo: el sacerdote vuelve al catec\u00fameno hacia el oeste y le pregunta si rechaza a Satan\u00e1s y abandona todo lo relacionado con \u00e9l, sus obras y su adoraci\u00f3n. El catec\u00fameno declara p\u00fablicamente su rechazo a Satan\u00e1s tres veces. As\u00ed, estableci\u00f3 una alianza sagrada con Dios y la Iglesia, cortando todo v\u00ednculo con Satan\u00e1s y sus obras: \u201c\u00a1S\u00ed, rechac\u00e9 a Satan\u00e1s!\u201d Lo repite tres veces, declarando su abandono definitivo.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed el sacerdote llama al catec\u00fameno -o a su padrino- a una acci\u00f3n simb\u00f3lica. Dice: \u201c\u00a1Escupo al diablo!\u201d. Entonces escupe tres veces hacia el oeste, declarando que no s\u00f3lo ha roto su relaci\u00f3n con el diablo. , pero que tambi\u00e9n siente odio y asco hacia todo lo relacionado con \u00e9l, y por eso le escupe en la cara. Entonces el sacerdote dirige al catec\u00fameno hacia el oriente y le pregunta: \u201c\u00bfHas rechazado a Satan\u00e1s?\u201d Es decir, \u00bfest\u00e1s con Cristo? El catec\u00fameno declara su deseo de convertirse en miembro de Cristo y entrar en su iglesia, diciendo: \u201cRechac\u00e9 a Satan\u00e1s\u201d. El sacerdote le pregunta tres veces: \u201c\u00bfEst\u00e1s de acuerdo con Cristo?\u201d El catec\u00fameno confirma el mismo deseo diciendo: \u201c\u00a1Estoy de acuerdo con Cristo!\u201d Este conmovedor di\u00e1logo entre el sacerdote y el catec\u00fameno - o su padrino - contin\u00faa hasta que el sacerdote est\u00e1 seguro de que el catec\u00fameno se ha establecido firmemente en la fe ortodoxa, por lo que le pregunta: &quot;\u00bfCrees en ella?&quot; El catec\u00fameno grita: \u201cCreo que \u00e9l es Dios y Rey\u201d (ver Juan 20:28). Pero el sacerdote no se contenta con esto, sino que pide al catec\u00fameno que confirme su creencia en todas las doctrinas ortodoxas formuladas por los Concilios Ecum\u00e9nicos. Le pide que recite en voz alta la Constituci\u00f3n de la Fe, para que todos los miembros de la Iglesia. La Iglesia con la que establece un pacto sagrado puede o\u00edrlo. As\u00ed, el catec\u00fameno declara ante el pueblo de Dios que su fe es la fe de la Iglesia Ortodoxa, es decir, la fe en un solo Dios, las Personas Trinas, y en la Iglesia una, santa, cat\u00f3lica y apost\u00f3lica que reconoce \u201cun solo bautismo por el perd\u00f3n de los pecados\u201d y la esperanza de \u201cla resurrecci\u00f3n de los muertos y la vida en el siglo venidero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al rechazo de Satan\u00e1s le sigue \u201cla aprobaci\u00f3n de Cristo\u201d y la confesi\u00f3n de la fe ortodoxa. Despu\u00e9s de eso, uno debe postrarse ante Dios, las Personas Trinas, someterse completamente a Su voluntad y confiar en Su gran misericordia. el sacerdote dice: \u201cMe postro ante \u00c9l\u201d. El catec\u00fameno dice: \u201c\u00a1Me postro ante el Padre, el Hijo y el Esp\u00edritu Santo, Trinidad igual en esencia e inseparable!\u201d (Ver Santiago 4:7).<\/p>\n<p>Este ritual indica la gran responsabilidad que tienen los padres y padrinos cuando llevan a sus hijos a la iglesia y aceptan ser sus padrinos luego de que salen de la pila sagrada del bautismo. Establecen un pacto santo y se comprometen a ense\u00f1ar a sus hijos la fe ortodoxa y a introducirlos gradualmente en la vida plena de la Iglesia. \u00a1Es realmente una gran responsabilidad!<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de completar esta alianza con la Iglesia, el sacerdote glorifica el nombre de Dios por este gran acontecimiento: \u201cBendito sea Dios, que quiso que todos se salvaran y llegaran al conocimiento de la verdad, ahora y siempre y por los siglos de los siglos. \u00a1alguna vez!&quot; La oraci\u00f3n por el catec\u00fameno concluye con una hermosa s\u00faplica, en la que el sacerdote implora a Dios que llame al catec\u00fameno \u201ca la santa luz\u201d y lo capacite para los grandes dones del Esp\u00edritu Santo: \u201cQuita su vejez y renuevalo para la eternidad\u201d. vida.&quot; Ll\u00e9nalo del poder de tu Esp\u00edritu Santo, para que se una a tu Cristo, para que ya no sea hijo de la carne, sino hijo de tu reino.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Y - apoyando a la iglesia<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Los padres y padrinos no cumplen solos con este deber sagrado, sino que la parroquia ortodoxa a la que pertenecen los apoya en esto, a trav\u00e9s de sus servicios espirituales, vida eclesi\u00e1stica y educaci\u00f3n religiosa, que brinda en todas las ocasiones. La escuela ortodoxa tambi\u00e9n desempe\u00f1a su papel en este \u00e1mbito, proporcionando educaci\u00f3n religiosa organizada, adem\u00e1s de libros infantiles y revistas ortodoxas que ayudan en el proceso de educaci\u00f3n religiosa e introducen a los ni\u00f1os en la vida de la iglesia.<\/p>\n<p>Esta ayuda, especialmente la de la Iglesia, no interfiere con los deberes de los padres, sino todo lo contrario. Los padres que traen a sus hijos a la iglesia para ser bautizados, al hacerlo, declaran su deseo de traer a sus hijos a la vida de la iglesia, que es una participaci\u00f3n en la vida de Cristo y no una piedad especial para cada uno de ellos solo. Por esta raz\u00f3n, mantenerlos alejados de la vida lit\u00fargica y de la educaci\u00f3n religiosa ser\u00eda una violaci\u00f3n de la sagrada promesa que hicieron a Dios y a la Iglesia cuando llevaron a sus hijos al santo bautismo.<\/p>\n<p>Los padres y padrinos son los padrinos del ni\u00f1o bautizado que adoptaron mediante el santo bautismo, y deben cuidar de introducir al nuevo miembro de la iglesia en la vida plena de la iglesia. Si no lo alientan a pertenecer al movimiento de educaci\u00f3n cristiana en la parroquia y lo llevan ellos mismos a la iglesia, entonces est\u00e1n traicionando su fe ante Dios y la iglesia.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la conclusi\u00f3n que se puede sacar del hermoso y conmovedor servicio (Oraci\u00f3n por los Catec\u00famenos).<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>G - El arma del Esp\u00edritu Santo<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del santo bautismo, una persona pertenece al cuerpo de Cristo, es decir, a la iglesia, y se convierte en socio de la nueva creaci\u00f3n. Pero Cristo mencion\u00f3 a Nicodemo que el hombre debe nacer \u201cde agua y del Esp\u00edritu\u201d (Juan 3:5), y en otro lugar: \u201cEl que tenga sed, venga a m\u00ed, y el que crea en m\u00ed, que beba. &quot; La Biblia dice: De su interior correr\u00e1n r\u00edos de agua viva\u201d (Juan 7:37-38). Juan evangelista confirm\u00f3 que Jes\u00fas \u201ccon esto quiso que recibieran el Esp\u00edritu los que en \u00e9l creyeran, porque en aquel tiempo a\u00fan no hab\u00eda sido dado el Esp\u00edritu\u201d (Juan 7:39, Isa\u00edas 55:1).<\/p>\n<p>Sabemos que este asunto tuvo lugar el d\u00eda quincuag\u00e9simo, cuando \u201ctodos los ap\u00f3stoles fueron llenos del Esp\u00edritu Santo\u201d (Hechos 2:4). Pero el Esp\u00edritu Santo viene a cada persona en el sacramento de la unci\u00f3n crismal y la resucita. La Biblia testifica que el bautismo no es suficiente para \u201cllenar\u201d a una persona del Esp\u00edritu Santo. Por lo tanto, vemos a los ap\u00f3stoles Pedro y Juan yendo a Samaria para imponer sus manos sobre las cabezas de los cristianos, transmiti\u00e9ndoles el Esp\u00edritu Santo (Hechos 8: 15-17), y vemos al ap\u00f3stol Pablo haciendo la misma obra para los cristianos. de \u00c9feso (Hechos 19: 5-7). Pero la santa unci\u00f3n, es decir, el sello del Esp\u00edritu Santo, es el \u201cdep\u00f3sito\u201d (Efesios 1:14, 2 Corintios 1:22) o el comienzo del Reino de Dios. En cuanto a la participaci\u00f3n del hombre en la vida divina, se produce a trav\u00e9s del misterio de la acci\u00f3n de gracias divina. La Iglesia Ortodoxa estableci\u00f3 una unidad interna entre estos secretos sagrados y no los neg\u00f3 ni siquiera a los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Se dice en Afshin de la Santa Unci\u00f3n: \u201cT\u00fa, que ahora has consentido en renacer de nuevo a tu siervo iluminado con agua y el Esp\u00edritu, y a quien le has concedido el perd\u00f3n de los pecados que cometi\u00f3 voluntaria o involuntariamente, T\u00fa, oh Maestro misericordioso. , Rey de todos, dale tambi\u00e9n el sello del don de tu Esp\u00edritu todopoderoso, que lo adora y recibe el cuerpo de tu santo Cristo y su preciosa sangre\u201d. Cons\u00e9rvalo dentro de tu propia santidad y proporci\u00f3nale el camino de la recta fe. L\u00edbralo del maligno y de todas sus artima\u00f1as. Preserva su alma con tu temor salvador dentro de la pureza y la justicia, para que te agrade en cada palabra y obra, para que llegue a ser hijo y heredero de tu reino celestial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl sello del don del Esp\u00edritu Santo\u201d es lo que da cuenta de la capacidad del creyente para luchar contra las fuerzas de Satan\u00e1s.
