Essi sono opera delle tue mani; essi passeranno, ma tu rimarrai\u00bb (Ebrei 1 :10-11). Questa frase \u00e8 gi\u00e0 menzionata nel Salmo 102, che la Chiesa recita nella preghiera quotidiana del mattino. L&#039;Antico Testamento inizia con l&#039;affermazione contenuta nel Libro della Genesi che Dio, in principio, cre\u00f2 i cieli e la terra (Genesi 1:1). Ma ci\u00f2 che il Nuovo Testamento aggiunge a questa convinzione \u00e8 dire che Dio ha creato tutto attraverso Cristo, e senza di Lui non ci sarebbe stata creazione.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Nella Lettera agli Ebrei, lo scrittore dichiara che Dio ha parlato agli uomini degli ultimi giorni \u00abdi un Figlio, che ha costituito erede di tutte le cose e per mezzo di lui ha creato i mondi\u00bb. Egli \u00e8 il raggio della sua gloria e l&#039;immagine della sua essenza, e governa tutte le cose con la potenza della sua parola\u00bb (1,2). Qui, l&#039;autore della lettera ricorda quanto affermato nel libro della Genesi riguardo alla creazione da parte del Verbo di Dio: \u00abDio disse: &quot;Sia la luce&quot; e la luce fu\u00bb (1,3)... per fare Cristo prende il posto della Parola creatrice. Attraverso Cristo, Parola di Dio, Dio ha creato i mondi. Quanto a Cristo, egli \u00e8 il \u201ccontrollore (o detentore) di tutta la creazione\u201d e il suo preservatore. Lo stesso messaggio sottolinea anche che la creazione \u00e8 opera del Figlio, Parola di Dio, e unico mediatore nella creazione, cos\u00ec come nella salvezza, che \u00e8 una nuova creazione.<\/p>\n<p>La stessa idea \u00e8 menzionata dall&#039;apostolo Paolo nella sua lettera ai Colossesi, dove sottolinea il ruolo esclusivo di Cristo nella creazione e dice: \u00abIn lui infatti sono state create tutte le cose, in cielo e sulla terra, visibili e invisibili\u00bb (1: 16). La centralit\u00e0 di Cristo nella creazione significa nel messaggio la centralit\u00e0 di Cristo nella salvezza. Il messaggio sottolinea che Dio \u00e8 buono \u201cper mezzo di Cristo e per amore di Cristo ogni cosa che esiste, sulla terra e nel cielo, e ha ottenuto la pace attraverso la creazione. sangue della sua croce\u00bb (1,20). Se la creazione \u00e8 stata completata da Cristo, allora non c&#039;\u00e8 salvezza senza di Lui. \u00c8 ci\u00f2 che san Paolo ribadisce nella prima lettera ai Corinzi quando dice: \u00abUno solo il Signore, Ges\u00f9 Cristo, per mezzo del quale sono tutte le cose e per mezzo del quale siamo noi\u00bb (8,6). Qui l&#039;Apostolo ci ricorda il nesso tra creazione e salvezza: \u201cTutte le cose per mezzo di lui\u201d si riferiscono alla creazione, \u201ce anche noi per mezzo di lui\u201d, nel senso che egli ci ha redenti affinch\u00e9 per mezzo di lui diventiamo una nuova creazione.<\/p>\n<p>Esiste un testo fondamentale su questo argomento, che \u00e8 il testo dell&#039;apertura del Vangelo di Giovanni. Dopo aver dichiarato di credere che il Verbo Divino \u00e8 Lui stesso, Ges\u00f9 Cristo, e che \u00e8 uguale al Padre, l&#039;evangelista dice: \u00abTutte le cose sono state fatte per mezzo di lui e senza di lui nulla \u00e8 stato fatto di ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 stato fatto\u00bb (Gv 1: 3). Il Vangelo ripete lo stesso significato quando dice: \u00abE il mondo \u00e8 stato fatto da lui\u00bb (1,10). Oltre al fatto che l&#039;apertura di questo Vangelo conferma il nesso tra creazione e salvezza, cio\u00e8, la conclusione dell&#039;apertura indica che lo scopo del Verbo che si fa uomo \u00e8 ottenere la grazia: \u00abMa la grazia e la verit\u00e0 vennero da la mano di Ges\u00f9 Cristo\u00bb (1,17). Ci\u00f2 conferma che Dio ha creato tutto dal nulla, dal nulla. Questo perch\u00e9 lo scrittore del Vangelo di Giovanni ha utilizzato espressioni e parole presenti nella filosofia greca e ha dato loro nuovi significati. Uno dei termini pi\u00f9 importanti, nel contesto della nostra conversazione, \u00e8 la parola \u201cla parola\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIl Verbo\u201d (Logos) \u00e8 un termine usato nella filosofia greca per indicare la mente divina che organizzava il mondo. Alcuni filosofi consideravano la Parola un dio inferiore, attraverso il quale Dio cre\u00f2 l&#039;universo. Il primo gruppo cristiano che entr\u00f2 in contatto con la cultura greca venne e disse che Cristo \u00e8 il \u201cLogos\u201d, la Parola eterna che era con Dio prima della creazione del mondo, e attraverso la quale Dio cre\u00f2 il mondo. La Chiesa ha cos\u00ec preso un&#039;espressione filosofica e l&#039;ha messa al servizio del suo pensiero e della sua fede. Solo Cristo \u00e8 il Figlio di Dio, che esiste dall&#039;eternit\u00e0 con Dio, e per mezzo di Lui solo \u00e8 stato creato il mondo, cos\u00ec come per mezzo di Lui solo si \u00e8 compiuta la salvezza, che \u00e8 una \u00abnuova creazione\u00bb, secondo le parole dell&#039;Apostolo. Paolo nella seconda lettera ai Corinzi: \u201cSe qualcuno \u00e8 in Cristo, \u00e8 una creatura nuova. Le cose vecchie sono passate e sono nate cose nuove\u00bb (5,17).<\/p>\n<p>Questa nuova creazione \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che d\u00e0 alla prima creazione il suo vero significato. Cristo \u00e8 il principio della creazione ed \u00e8 il suo obiettivo e scopo ultimo. Perci\u00f2 l&#039;apostolo Paolo dice nella lettera ai Colossesi: \u00abTutte le cose furono create in lui e per lui\u00bb (1,16). \u201cCon Lui\u201d significa che Lui \u00e8 il principio, e \u201cA Lui\u201d significa che Lui \u00e8 la meta o il riferimento a cui ogni essere umano ritorna e trova la vita. Lo scrittore della stessa lettera prosegue dicendo: \u00abEgli \u00e8 prima di tutte le cose e tutte le cose rimangono in lui\u00bb (1,17). Egli \u00e8 dunque il principio e il fine per cui nulla rimane e nulla continua o si stabilisce fino alla fine. Questo molteplice ruolo di Cristo nel processo della creazione e della salvezza \u00e8 espresso al meglio dallo scrittore dell&#039;Apocalisse di Giovanni quando dice che Cristo \u00e8 \u00abl&#039;Alfa e l&#039;Omega, il primo e l&#039;ultimo, il principio e la fine\u00bb (22 :13).<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEcco, io faccio nuove tutte le cose\u00bb (Apocalisse 21:5), dice Colui che siede sul trono divino.
