Pertanto, la Chiesa commemora molte occasioni per lui durante l&#039;anno religioso, come il suo concepimento, la nascita, il martirio e la nascita di sua madre, e una commemorazione completa per lui che cade il 7 gennaio. I Vangeli ci raccontano le sue azioni e le sue parole che invitano al pentimento e alla preparazione alla venuta di Ges\u00f9 Cristo. Qui presenteremo ci\u00f2 che dice il Corano su San Giovanni e il suo messaggio (vedi Cosa dicono i Vangeli su San Giovanni Battista nella mia parrocchia, 2002, n. 25).<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Giovanni Battista \u00e8 menzionato pi\u00f9 volte nel Corano sotto il nome di \u201cProfeta Yahya\u201d, che \u00e8 il nome comune di Giovanni nella penisola arabica durante la chiamata maomettana. Nella Surat Al-An&#039;am, versetti 83-86, il nome Yahya appare nell&#039;elenco che menziona i nomi dei profeti biblici insieme a No\u00e8, Abramo, Isacco, Giacobbe, Davide, Salomone, Giobbe, Giuseppe, Mos\u00e8, Aronne, Zaccaria, Ges\u00f9, Elia, Ismaele, Eliseo (Eliseo), Giona (Giona) e Lot. Il Corano ritiene che tutti questi profeti giusti siano stati scelti da Dio per diffondere il Suo messaggio, guidandoli sulla retta via e preferendoli ai mondi, pertanto Dio li ha elevati al di sopra di tutti gli altri esseri umani.<\/p>\n<p>Il Corano menziona in tre punti la storia del concepimento di Yahya, in connessione con la storia di Maria e il suo concepimento di suo figlio Ges\u00f9 (Ges\u00f9). Nella Surat Al Imran (versetti 38-41), dopo aver parlato della cura di Zaccaria per Maria e della sua educazione dopo la perdita dei genitori, Zaccaria chiede a Dio di concedergli un figlio con queste parole: \u201cL\u00e0 (cio\u00e8 nel santuario ) Zaccaria invoc\u00f2 il suo Signore, dicendo: &quot;Mio Signore, concedimi di avere una buona discendenza. Tu sei l&#039;uditore di suppliche. &quot; Cos\u00ec gli angeli lo chiamarono con questo dicendo: &quot;Dio ti d\u00e0 una buona notizia di Yahya, confermando una parola da Dio, e un maestro, un maestro e un profeta tra i giusti.&quot; Il commentatore del Corano dice riguardo a questi due versetti che Dio d\u00e0 la buona notizia a Zaccaria riguardo a un figlio, Yahya, che sar\u00e0 annunciato dalla venuta di un parola di Dio, che \u00e8 il Messia. Ges\u00f9 \u00e8 il figlio di Maria. Secondo lo stesso commentatore, Yahya sar\u00e0 un maestro che governa sul suo popolo con conoscenza e virt\u00f9, ed \u00e8 una persona casta, nel senso che &quot;non va a le donne come un asceta\u201d, e un profeta giusto che adempie i diritti di Dio e delle persone, ed \u00e8 infallibile dai peccati.<\/p>\n<p>Poi il Corano cita la sorprendente domanda di Zaccaria: \u201cDisse: &#039;Mio Signore, come posso avere un figlio quando sono vecchio e mia moglie \u00e8 sterile?&#039;\u201d Allora arriva la risposta di Dio: \u201cIn questo modo Dio fa ci\u00f2 che Lo vuole.\u00bb Quando Zaccaria chiese un segno al suo Signore per farlo credere, Dio gli disse: \u201cIl tuo segno \u00e8 che per tre giorni non parlerai agli uomini se non in modo simbolico, e ti ricorderai spesso del tuo Signore\u201d. Certo, il segno del mutismo subito da Zaccaria \u00e8 menzionato nel Vangelo di Luca (1,18-22), ma non solo per tre giorni, ma per tutto il periodo del concepimento di Giovanni, e il Vangelo di Luca non ne parla Zaccaria chiese al suo Signore di dargli un figlio, come nel racconto coranico. Nella Surat Al-Anbiya&#039;, versetti 89-90, il Corano ricorda l&#039;episodio del concepimento di Yahya e dice: &quot;E Zaccaria, quando invoc\u00f2 il suo Signore: &#039;Mio Signore, non lasciarmi&#039; (cio\u00e8, non non lasciarmi) solo, e Tu sei il migliore degli eredi. Cos\u00ec gli abbiamo risposto e gli abbiamo dato Yahya e gli abbiamo aggiustato sua moglie (cio\u00e8, abbiamo reso fertile sua moglie dopo che era stata sterile).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La Surat Maryam \u00e8 la sura che dedica la sezione pi\u00f9 ampia alla conversazione su Yahya, cio\u00e8 quattordici versetti (versetti 2-15). Qui Zaccaria chiede a Dio di dargli un \u201ccustode\u201d, cio\u00e8 un buon figlio: \u201cEgli erediter\u00e0 da me ed erediter\u00e0 dalla famiglia di Giacobbe, e io far\u00f2 di lui un Signore compiaciuto (nei costumi e nelle azioni) ).\u201d Ci\u00f2 che nel versetto si intende per eredit\u00e0 non \u00e8 denaro, ma profezia e giustizia. Allora gli giunge la parola divina: &quot;O Zaccaria, ti diamo la buona notizia di un ragazzo il cui nome \u00e8 Yahya. Non gli abbiamo dato prima un nome&quot;, cio\u00e8 come dice il commentatore: &quot;Non abbiamo dato a nessuno questo nome davanti a lui, e non c\u2019\u00e8 nessuno simile a lui in giustizia e piet\u00e0\u201d. Poi, come nei brani sopra citati, Zaccaria chiede un segno, e gli arriva il segno del mutismo. Poi arriva il comando divino a Yahya dopo la sua nascita: \u201cO Yahya, prendi il libro con forza (cio\u00e8 con diligenza e diligenza) e gli abbiamo dato la saggezza da bambino (cio\u00e8 gli abbiamo dato la capacit\u00e0 di comprendere i segreti della Torah da bambino). ragazzo prima di raggiungere l\u2019et\u00e0 degli uomini).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Quindi la Sura Maryam prosegue descrivendo il carattere di Yahya come segue: &quot;Era compassionevole da parte nostra e puro, ed era pio e rispettoso nei confronti dei suoi genitori, e non era tirannico e disobbediente&quot;. Ci\u00f2 significa che Dio ha reso Yahya una persona di tenerezza (qui dobbiamo menzionare che il nome &quot;Giovanni&quot; in ebraico significa &quot;Dio \u00e8 compassionevole&quot;), compassionevole e gentile verso le persone, un&#039;anima pura dai peccati, ed era uno del popolo di obbedienza e di sincerit\u00e0 nell&#039;adorazione, ed era molto gentile con i suoi genitori e gentile con loro, e non era arrogante, n\u00e9 disobbediente al suo Signore. Surat Maryam conclude il discorso su Yahya dicendo: &quot;E la pace sia su di lui il giorno in cui nacque, il giorno in cui morir\u00e0 e il giorno in cui sar\u00e0 resuscitato vivo&quot; (versetto 15). \u00c8 lo stesso versetto che Surat Maryam menzion\u00f2 in seguito da Ges\u00f9 Cristo, dicendo di se stesso: \u201cLa pace sia con me il giorno in cui nacqui, il giorno in cui morir\u00f2 e il giorno in cui sar\u00f2 resuscitato vivo\u201d (versetto 33). Per gli interpreti musulmani, ci\u00f2 significa che Dio d\u00e0 la buona notizia a Yahya e Ges\u00f9 che risorgeranno nel Giorno della Resurrezione. Qui emerge il disaccordo di fondo tra cristiani e musulmani riguardo alla risurrezione di Ges\u00f9 Cristo, che i cristiani credono sia realmente avvenuta. Non discuteremo questa controversia oggi in questo articolo.<\/p>\n<p>Non c\u2019\u00e8 dubbio che ci siano molti punti in comune tra il racconto di Yahya nel Corano e ci\u00f2 che l\u2019eredit\u00e0 cristiana dice di lui. Anche se l&#039;episodio del battesimo di Ges\u00f9 nel Giordano per mano di Giovanni e la sua buona notizia dell&#039;avvicinarsi del Regno dei Cieli e molti altri argomenti sono assenti dal Corano, resta che il Corano non presenta un immagine di Yahya diversa da ci\u00f2 che sappiamo di lui.
