من الأخطاء الشائعة في حياتنا الكنسيّة هو تحديد هويّة اللاهوتيّ أوّلاً؛ وثانياً، نتيجة ذلك، فصل الناس بين لاهوتيّين (علماء) وعامّة (جهلاء) في الأمور الكنسيّة.
