Hvert af disse ordsprog skildrer et aspekt af emnet og fokuserer p\u00e5 det. Blandt de vigtigste af dem er dem, der skildrer riget som en bryllupsfest, s\u00e5som lignelsen, som vi l\u00e6ser i dette evangeliske kapitel.<\/p>\n<p>Billedet, der bruges i denne lignelse, er det af &quot;en vis konge holdt bryllup for sin s\u00f8n og sendte sine tjenere for at invitere de indbudte til brylluppet.&quot; Normalt indikerer hvert element i et ordsprog et aspekt af sandheden. Kongen her er Gud Fader, og kongens s\u00f8n, Jesus Kristus, og tjenerne er profeterne og apostlene, som har til opgave at overbringe Guds ord til dem, som han har kaldet. De kaldede er if\u00f8lge det bibelske udtryk i Det Gamle og Nye Testamente Israels folk. Disse inviterede &quot;\u00f8nskede ikke at komme.
