O Herr und Meister meines Lebens, befreie mich vom Geist des M\u00fc\u00dfiggangs, der Neugier, der F\u00fchrungsliebe und des m\u00fc\u00dfigen Geredes
Und verleihe mir, Deinem s\u00fcndigen Diener, den Geist der Keuschheit, der Demut des Denkens, der Geduld und der Liebe
Ja, mein K\u00f6nig und mein Gott, gew\u00e4hre mir, meine S\u00fcnden und M\u00e4ngel zu erkennen, sonst werde ich meine Br\u00fcder richten
Denn gesegnet bist du f\u00fcr immer, Amen.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Dieses Gebet des Heiligen Fram, des Syrers, verdient den Namen \u201eFastengebet\u201c schlechthin. Es wird am Ende jedes Fastengebetes von Montag bis Freitag gelesen und nimmt in den Gottesdiensten eine wichtige Stellung ein, weil es auf einzigartige Weise aufz\u00e4hlt alle Elemente der Reue, sowohl negative als auch positive, und weil sie als \u201ePr\u00fcfstein\u201c f\u00fcr unsere pers\u00f6nlichen Fastenbem\u00fchungen dient.<\/p>\n

Die Hauptkrankheit, die die Reue behindert, ist Arbeitslosigkeit, das ist diese seltsame Faulheit, diese Passivit\u00e4t, die uns immer davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass keine Ver\u00e4nderung m\u00f6glich ist. Es ist in der Tat ein tiefer Sarkasmus, der jede spirituelle Herausforderung beantwortet: \u201eWarum die M\u00fcdigkeit?\u201c Es macht unser Leben zu einer vergeblichen Anstrengung. Es ist die Wurzel aller S\u00fcnden, weil es die spirituelle Energie an ihrer urspr\u00fcnglichen Quelle vergiftet.<\/p>\n

Der zweite Fehler ist Verzweiflung und Verzweiflung. Das griechische Wort wurde mit Neugier \u00fcbersetzt, weil Verzweiflung zur Ablenkung f\u00fchrt und Neugier eine der Folgen der Ablenkung ist. Die V\u00e4ter betrachteten diesen Zustand als die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gefahr f\u00fcr die Seele, da er unm\u00f6glich ist f\u00fcr einen Menschen, etwas Gutes oder Positives zu sehen, sondern macht alles eher negativ und zu einer Quelle des Pessimismus. Verzweiflung ist der Selbstmord der Seele, der einen Menschen hilflos macht. Das Licht sehen und es begehren.<\/p>\n

Es mag seltsam erscheinen, dass Arbeitslosigkeit und Verzweiflung unser Leben mit der Liebe zur F\u00fchrung f\u00fcllen und das Leben leer machen. Wir kompensieren die Leere, indem wir eine falsche Einstellung gegen\u00fcber anderen einnehmen. Wenn Gott mein Leben nicht polarisiert, wird es unweigerlich egoistisch. Wenn Gott es ist Nicht der Herr meines Lebens, ich werde Herr und Herr meiner selbst, der absolute Mittelpunkt meiner Welt, meiner Gedanken. Meine W\u00fcnsche, meine Meinungen, die Liebe zur Macht sind eine grundlegende Abweichung in meiner Beziehung zu anderen, das Bem\u00fchen, mich ihnen zu unterwerfen F\u00fcr mich scheint das nicht immer die Kontrolle zu sein, es kann sich aber auch in Gleichg\u00fcltigkeit, mangelndem Respekt gegen\u00fcber anderen und Verachtung ihnen gegen\u00fcber \u00e4u\u00dfern.<\/p>\n

Von allen Gesch\u00f6pfen wurde dem Menschen allein die Gabe der Sprache verliehen, und alle V\u00e4ter sehen darin das Siegel des g\u00f6ttlichen Bildes im Menschen, weil Gott selbst als \u201eWort\u201c offenbart wurde (Johannes 1,1). Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gabe ist selbst die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gefahr. Das Wort rettet und t\u00f6tet, inspiriert und vergiftet. Es ist ein Instrument der Wahrheit und ein Instrument der L\u00fcge. Es erzeugt tats\u00e4chlich eine negative oder positive Wirkung. Wenn es von seinem g\u00f6ttlichen Ursprung und Zweck abweicht, wird es ung\u00fcltig.<\/p>\n

Diese vier Dinge sind die Barrieren, die die Reue verhindern. Wir versuchen, sie zu beseitigen, aber nur Gott kann sie beseitigen, also rufen wir aus tiefster Verzweiflung zu ihm: \u201eO Herr und Meister meines Lebens.\u201c<\/p>\n

Danach wendet sich das Gebet den Zielen der Bu\u00dfe zu, die ebenfalls vier sind. Erstens ist Keuschheit und ihre Bedeutung nicht auf Sex beschr\u00e4nkt. Keuschheit ist das Gegenteil von Arbeitslosigkeit. Die wahre genaue Bedeutung des griechischen Wortes ist die v\u00f6llige Integrit\u00e4t des Wesens . Arbeitslosigkeit ist eine Verschwendung unserer Energie, unsere Unf\u00e4higkeit, die Gesamtheit und Gesamtheit des Wesens zu sehen. Daher sieht der Mensch nicht das genaue Gegenteil in Unmoral oder sexuellem \u00dcberma\u00df. Au\u00dfer der Lust, und der K\u00f6rper ist vom Geist entfremdet. Christus stellt die Ganzheit in uns wieder her, indem er uns den wahren Frieden der Werte wiederherstellt, indem er uns zu Gott zur\u00fcckbringt.<\/p>\n

Niedrigkeit des Geistes, Demut ist die Frucht der Integration des Seins. Vor allem ist sie der Sieg der Wahrheit in uns und die Ausl\u00f6schung aller L\u00fcgen. Gott schenkt den Dem\u00fctigen seine Gnade und widersteht den Arroganten. Wie wird ein Mensch dem\u00fctig? ? Die Antwort ist ganz einfach: indem wir die g\u00f6ttliche Demut im menschgewordenen Christus betrachten, in dem Gott ein f\u00fcr alle Mal seine Herrlichkeit in Demut und seine Demut in Herrlichkeit offenbart hat. Wir lernen Demut, indem wir Christus betrachten, der sagte: \u201eLerne von mir, denn ich bin sanftm\u00fctig und von Herzen dem\u00fctig.\u201c Wir lernen von ihm, wenn wir alles an ihm messen und ihm alles zur\u00fcckgeben.<\/p>\n

Auf Keuschheit und Demut folgt automatisch Geduld. Wer keine Geduld hat, beurteilt schnell andere, misst alles nach seiner Stimmung, k\u00fcmmert sich nur um sich selbst und m\u00f6chte, dass sein Leben schnell erfolgreich ist. Geduld ist in der Tat eine g\u00f6ttliche Tugend. Gott ist geduldig, nicht weil er tolerant ist. sondern weil er die Tiefen dessen sieht, was existiert, weil ihm die Wahrheiten der Dinge offenbart werden, w\u00e4hrend wir es aufgrund unserer Blindheit tun. Wir sehen es nicht. Je n\u00e4her wir Gott kommen und je mehr wir alle Gesch\u00f6pfe respektieren, desto geduldiger werden wir.<\/p>\n

Am Ende ist Liebe die Frucht jedes spirituellen Kampfes und der H\u00f6hepunkt christlicher Tugenden, die Religion der Liebe. Das neue Gebot lautet: \u201eLiebt einander.\u201c Der Meister f\u00fcgte hinzu: \u201eUnd daran wird jeder erkennen, dass ihr meine J\u00fcnger seid.\u201c \u201eS\u00fcnde ist Trennung und Isolation, weil es die Abwesenheit von Liebe ist. Liebe ist nicht nur ein allgemeines menschliches Anliegen, sondern eine pers\u00f6nliche und greifbare Liebe f\u00fcr echte Menschen, die Gott platziert. Auf meine Weise besteht christliche Liebe darin, Christus im anderen zu sehen Den Menschen so zu lieben, wie er ist, eine pers\u00f6nliche Liebe, die \u00fcber das hinausgeht, was \u00e4u\u00dferlich dazu geh\u00f6rt, mit ihm an der g\u00f6ttlichen Liebe teilzuhaben. Nur Gott kann Liebe gew\u00e4hren, was das Ziel aller spirituellen Vorbereitung und Praxis ist.<\/p>\n

All dies wird im abschlie\u00dfenden Gebet zusammengef\u00fchrt und zusammengefasst, in dem wir Gott bitten: \u201eGib mir, meine S\u00fcnden und meine Fehler zu erkennen, sonst werde ich meine Br\u00fcder richten.\u201c Die einzige Gefahr am Ende ist Stolz. Das ist er Das reicht mir nicht, um meine Fehler zu erkennen, denn diese Tugend selbst kann sich in Stolz verwandeln. Spirituelle Schriften sind voller Warnungen vor subtilen Formen verzerrter Fr\u00f6mmigkeit, die zu echter Arroganz unter dem Deckmantel von Demut und Selbstanklage f\u00fchrt, aber wenn wir sehen unsere Fehler und verurteilen Sie unsere Br\u00fcder nicht, oder mit anderen Worten, wenn Keuschheit, Demut, Geduld und Liebe eins in uns sind, k\u00f6nnen wir nur dann unseren Stolz zerst\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n
