Se mezclaron con ellos y se aliaron con ellos para trabajar contra los omeyas. Los dos opositores se encontraron en Ramla en septiembre de 969. Al-Hasan Al-Ikhshidi estaba al frente de los ej\u00e9rcitos de resistencia y fue hecho prisionero. Las victorias fatim\u00edes continuaron y conquistaron Tiber\u00edades. Jaafar Aqeel, Fazara, Marra y otras tribus beduinas se atacaron entre s\u00ed y se dirigieron a Damasco.
