{"id":487,"date":"2008-10-19T18:15:59","date_gmt":"2008-10-19T18:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/orthodoxonline.org\/theology\/faith-and-theology\/the-science-and-orthodox-theology\/the-abortion\/"},"modified":"2008-10-19T18:15:59","modified_gmt":"2008-10-19T18:15:59","slug":"the-abortion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.orthodoxonline.org\/theology\/fr\/faith-and-theology\/the-science-and-orthodox-theology\/the-abortion\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#039;\u00c9glise orthodoxe et l&#039;avortement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#039;\u00c9glise orthodoxe rejette l&#039;avortement et il existe de nombreuses lois eccl\u00e9siastiques \u00e9mises par des p\u00e8res individuels ou au sein de conciles qui le condamnent, notamment le Canon 91 du <strong>Complexe de trullos<\/strong> (692) Qui d\u00e9cide : \u00ab <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Les femmes \u00e0 qui on donne des m\u00e9dicaments pour avorter et qui prennent des poisons pour tuer le f\u0153tus sont passibles du ch\u00e2timent des meurtriers.<\/span> &#8220;. <strong>Et saint Basile le Grand<\/strong> (+ 379) Il recommande dans la deuxi\u00e8me loi de son recueil de lois : \u00ab <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Imposer \u00e0 une femme qui avorte une p\u00e9riode de 10 ans de repentir, que le f\u0153tus soit compl\u00e8tement form\u00e9 ou non<\/span>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019existe aucun texte direct dans la Bible interdisant l\u2019avortement provoqu\u00e9. Certains ont adopt\u00e9 cette position silencieuse et promu des enseignements r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles r\u00e9clamant sa lic\u00e9it\u00e9 et sa l\u00e9gislation. Cependant, cette lecture du texte biblique reste incompl\u00e8te si elle ne prend pas en compte tout le contenu de la Sainte Bible, en particulier le cinqui\u00e8me commandement. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ne tue pas<\/span>\u00bb, qui souligne l\u2019importance de pr\u00e9server la vie de chaque \u00eatre humain, en particulier d\u2019un \u00eatre sans d\u00e9fense qui ne peut pas se prot\u00e9ger, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le f\u0153tus.<\/p>\n<p>La vie d&#039;un \u00eatre humain commence d\u00e8s la conception. La Bible ne s\u00e9pare pas l&#039;\u00e2me du corps. Les p\u00e8res n\u2019ont pas accept\u00e9 l\u2019affirmation selon laquelle la Parole \u00e9tait un corps sans vie avant sa naissance. Quant \u00e0 l&#039;\u00c9glise, elle c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la conception de Marie, la m\u00e8re de Dieu, et de Jean-Baptiste. La science confirme que le d\u00e9veloppement du f\u0153tus commence \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 le g\u00e8ne m\u00e2le (chromosome) s&#039;unit \u00e0 l&#039;ovule femelle. Le f\u0153tus n\u2019est donc pas une masse de chair sans \u00e2me dont le destin peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par ses parents ou l\u2019un de ses parents. Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t d\u2019une autre entit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante qui n\u2019appartient pas \u00e0 son p\u00e8re ou \u00e0 sa m\u00e8re, mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 Dieu. L\u2019avortement \u00e9quivaut donc \u00e0 tuer un \u00eatre humain, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un spermatozo\u00efde ou d\u2019un f\u0153tus, \u00e2g\u00e9 d\u2019une heure ou plus. Le f\u0153tus est un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de Dieu entre les mains de ses parents qui ne peut \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la Sainte Bible, le f\u0153tus n\u2019est pas une masse de chair, de sang et de graisse, mais d\u00e8s sa formation dans le ventre de sa m\u00e8re, il prend l\u2019image de Dieu. <strong>Le Seigneur dit au proph\u00e8te J\u00e9r\u00e9mie<\/strong>: &#8220;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Avant de te former dans le sein maternel, je te connaissais, et avant que tu ne sortes du sein maternel, je t&#039;ai sanctifi\u00e9 et j&#039;ai fait de toi un proph\u00e8te pour les nations.<\/span>\u00ab (1:4). Dans le m\u00eame contexte, un chanteur d\u00e9clare : <strong>Psaume 138<\/strong>: &#8220;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vos yeux m&#039;ont vu comme un embryon, et dans votre livre tous les univers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crits et leurs jours d\u00e9crits avant qu&#039;aucun d&#039;entre eux n&#039;existe.<\/span>\u00bb (verset 16). L\u2019ap\u00f4tre Luc l\u2019\u00e9vang\u00e9liste nous raconte que Jean-Baptiste, en tant que f\u0153tus, a couru dans le ventre de sa m\u00e8re lorsque Marie, enceinte, a vu le Christ. Le f\u0153tus tu\u00e9 n&#039;a ni visage ni forme humaine. Il est inconnu et sans d\u00e9fense, mais il symbolise notre Dieu qui \u00ab a pris la forme d&#039;un esclave \u00bb (en grec, \u00ab Celui qu&#039;on ne voit pas \u00bb). Il est digne d\u2019exister, de vivre et de grandir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre la pleine stature du Christ.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne fait aucun doute que la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019avortement d\u2019un f\u0153tus incombe \u00e0 ses parents, \u00e0 l\u2019environnement qui les entoure ou au syst\u00e8me m\u00e9dical qu\u2019il pratique, voulant lui-m\u00eame mourir, et aux comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019il a acquises pour soutenir la vie. La responsabilit\u00e9 incombe \u00e9galement \u00e0 ceux qui l\u2019ont l\u00e9gif\u00e9r\u00e9 et promulgu\u00e9 les lois qui le permettent. Nous ne devons pas oublier la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui, au lieu de d\u00e9velopper des politiques qui soutiennent les familles motiv\u00e9es par les besoins \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 pratiquer l\u2019avortement, nous la voyons l\u2019accepter \u00e0 travers des r\u00e9f\u00e9rendums d\u00e9mocratiques et des campagnes m\u00e9diatiques appelant \u00e0 son adoption. Toute justification de l&#039;avortement, m\u00eame dans les premi\u00e8res heures du f\u0153tus, est un crime. En effet, la vie commence d\u00e8s le premier instant de la f\u00e9condation, et ce f\u0153tus ne peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un \u00eatre humain s&#039;il n&#039;est pas compt\u00e9 comme tel d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re minute.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe un autre probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 au diagnostic pr\u00e9natal (\u00e9chographie), car cette nouvelle m\u00e9thode dans le monde de la m\u00e9decine pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages dans le suivi du f\u0153tus et de son d\u00e9veloppement. Cependant, il peut s&#039;\u00e9carter de son objectif initial et \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins s\u00e9lectives, \u00e9liminant ainsi de nombreux f\u0153tus souffrant de handicaps physiques ou mentaux, dans une perspective purement \u00e9go\u00efste. Certains utilisent l&#039;excuse que pr\u00e9server la vie de ces personnes pourrait rendre la vie plus compliqu\u00e9e, donc par compassion pour la famille et pour eux, ils devraient \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9s. D&#039;autres utilisent l&#039;excuse en disant que cette cr\u00e9ature co\u00fbtera d&#039;\u00e9normes d\u00e9penses \u00e0 la famille et aux institutions. . Mais ils oublient que la vie ne se mesure pas uniquement \u00e0 l\u2019argent et \u00e0 une structure saine, mais \u00e0 la dimension spirituelle inh\u00e9rente \u00e0 tout \u00eatre humain, car personne ne peut comprendre la spiritualit\u00e9 d\u2019une personne handicap\u00e9e, sauf Dieu seul. La vie humaine, qu&#039;elle soit vraie ou d\u00e9form\u00e9e, reste \u00e0 l&#039;image et \u00e0 la ressemblance de Dieu, et personne n&#039;a le droit d&#039;y mettre un terme. Il n\u2019y a pas de handicap qui raccourcit une personne, mais elle attend plut\u00f4t notre amour et nos soins. Ou bien notre pr\u00e9sence aupr\u00e8s de personnes comme celles-ci n&#039;est-elle pas aussi pour nous une source de t\u00e9moignage et de sanctification ? Ne vaudrait-il pas mieux que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 soutienne les familles qui acceptent la pr\u00e9sence de personnes handicap\u00e9es plut\u00f4t que de les encourager \u00e0 les tuer ?<\/p>\n<p>Au deuxi\u00e8me si\u00e8cle du christianisme, les p\u00e8res d\u00e9fensifs se contentaient de dire aux pa\u00efens que les femmes chr\u00e9tiennes n&#039;avortent pas et n&#039;abandonnent pas les enfants qu&#039;elles mettent au monde. Pour eux, c&#039;\u00e9tait un t\u00e9moignage du christianisme et un appel \u00e0 s&#039;y convertir. Il ne fait aucun doute que la l\u00e9gislation reste en de\u00e7\u00e0 des exigences de l&#039;\u00c9vangile et de la vie chr\u00e9tienne. Les B\u00e9atitudes ne s\u2019obtiennent pas par la loi mais par le bon exemple. Cela signifie que l\u2019avortement reste, aux yeux de Dieu, la mise \u00e0 mort d\u2019un \u00eatre sans d\u00e9fense, m\u00eame s\u2019il est autoris\u00e9 par les lois populaires.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p
