{"id":617,"date":"2009-02-23T09:42:58","date_gmt":"2009-02-23T09:42:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/orthodoxonline.org\/theology\/innovations-and-heresies\/modern-heresies\/the-protestantism\/priest-presbyter\/"},"modified":"2009-02-23T09:42:58","modified_gmt":"2009-02-23T09:42:58","slug":"priest-presbyter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.orthodoxonline.org\/theology\/it\/innovations-and-heresies\/modern-heresies\/the-protestantism\/priest-presbyter\/","title":{"rendered":"Come chiamiamo il sacerdote nostro Padre quando la Bibbia dice: &quot;Non chiamare tuo padre sulla terra...&quot; (Matteo 23:9)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Molti commentatori protestanti affermano che Cristo proib\u00ec di chiamare padre chiunque sulla terra, per questo scelsero altri titoli come: \u201crispettabile, sacerdote, pastore\u201d, ecc.<\/p>\n<p>Ma l\u2019interpretazione superficiale e letterale di questa parola del Signore significa che non possiamo mai chiamare \u201cpadre\u201d un essere umano sulla terra, sia che sia un chierico (padre spirituale) o meno. Perch\u00e9 solo il Padre dovrebbe essere chiamato cos\u00ec.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Se prendiamo questa interpretazione restrittiva, troveremo che l&#039;apostolo Paolo ha violato il comandamento di Cristo (o non lo ha capito in modo protestante!), perch\u00e9 dice: \u201cPoich\u00e9 avete innumerevoli guide in Cristo, non avete molti padri , poich\u00e9 vi ho generati in Cristo Ges\u00f9 mediante il vangelo\u201d (1 Corinzi 4:15). Qui Paolo si definisce \u201cpadre\u201d di coloro che ha generato mediante il Vangelo. Chiama Timoteo e Tito \u201cmiei figli\u201d. Nella sua lettera, l&#039;evangelista Giovanni usa la parola \u201cpiccoli\u201d (1 Gv 2,12 e 14). Paolo chiama anche i nostri antenati nostri \u201cpadri\u201d (1 Corinzi 10:1). Usa il titolo \u201cPadre\u201d per rivolgersi ai padri, dicendo: \u201cPadri\u2026\u201d (Col 3,21). Il Signore stesso, nella parabola del ricco e di Lazzaro, ricorda che il ricco si rivolse ad Abramo dicendo: \u00abMio padre Abramo\u00bb (Lc 16,24). Abramo non gli rispose, dicendo: &quot;Non sai che solo Dio Padre dovrebbe essere chiamato Padre?&quot; Ma il ricco rispose: \u201cFiglio mio\u201d (Lc 16,25). Se continuiamo a leggere Matteo 23:10, troveremo: \u201cE non siate chiamati maestri, perch\u00e9 il vostro maestro \u00e8 uno solo. Ges\u00f9&quot;. Ma Cristo stesso chiam\u00f2 Nicodemo \u201cil maestro d\u2019Israele\u201d (Giovanni 3:10). Nella Chiesa di Antiochia c&#039;erano \u00abprofeti e dottori\u00bb (At 13,1). Paolo menziona che Dio ha posto degli \u201cinsegnanti\u201d nella chiesa (1 Corinzi 12:28; Efesini 4:11). Quindi Cristo non intendeva dire che non \u00e8 lecito chiamare nessuno \u201cPadre\u201d se non il Padre, n\u00e9 nessuno \u201cMaestro\u201d se non Cristo? L&#039;apostolo Paolo e l&#039;intera Chiesa non compresero queste parole di Cristo nel modo in cui alcuni cercano di comprenderle oggi. La domanda rimane: cosa intendeva allora Cristo dicendo questo?<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;occasione in cui il Maestro ha detto questa affermazione ce ne spiega il significato. Cristo stava parlando degli scribi e dei farisei e criticava la loro pratica e il loro insegnamento, e il modo in cui usavano i titoli \u201cpadre\u201d e \u201cmaestro\u201d. Dice: \u00abSul trono di Mos\u00e8 sedevano gli scribi e i farisei\u00bb (Matteo 23:1). Invece di insegnare la legge di Mos\u00e8, cominciarono a insegnare la propria tradizione (Mc 7,8 e 9), \u00abannullando la parola di Dio mediante la tradizione che voi avete tramandato\u00bb (Mc 7,13). Ecco perch\u00e9 Ges\u00f9 li metteva in guardia dall\u2019usare le loro posizioni e i loro titoli per rendere coloro che li circondavano discepoli di loro e delle loro tradizioni e non discepoli di Dio e della Sua legge. Con la venuta di Cristo, il clero ha dovuto insegnare \u201cl\u2019insegnamento degli apostoli\u201d (At 2,42) o \u201cl\u2019insegnamento di Cristo\u201d (2 Gv 9), che \u00e8 il vero \u201cmaestro\u201d e il vero \u201cpadre, \u201d e il clero sono solo immagini viventi di lui. Come dice Crisostomo: \u201cPoich\u00e9 lui (Cristo) \u00e8 la causa di tutte le cose, la causa dei maestri e dei padri insieme\u201d. <a href=\"#(01)\">(01)<\/a>. Ecco perch\u00e9 ogni \u201cmaestro\u201d e \u201cogni padre\u201d nella Chiesa non \u00e8 altro che un canale vivo per trasmettere l&#039;insegnamento ricevuto da Cristo, il \u201cGrande Maestro\u201d, attraverso gli Apostoli. O in altre parole, la fonte dell\u2019educazione non \u00e8 il \u201cmaestro\u201d o il \u201cpadre\u201d nella chiesa, ma piuttosto Ges\u00f9 Cristo stesso, attraverso lo Spirito Santo che risiede nella chiesa.
