Questo perch\u00e9 il Corano nega l&#039;episodio della crocifissione di Cristo: \u00abNon lo uccisero n\u00e9 lo crocifissero, ma fu reso simile a loro\u00bb (An-Nisa&#039;, 157), mentre la fede cristiana si basa sulla verit\u00e0 della morte in croce di Cristo e della sua risurrezione per salvare l&#039;uomo. Come hanno affrontato questo argomento i cristiani arabi per confermare...<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>La loro fede e confutare le accuse mosse contro di loro?<\/p>\n<p>Timoteo del cattolicesimo (+823) risponde alla domanda del califfo abbaside al-Mahdi sul motivo per cui i cristiani si prostrano alla croce, dicendo: \u201cCi prostriamo alla croce perch\u00e9 \u00e8 causa della vita\u201d. Il Califfo continua a chiedere: \u201cLa croce non \u00e8 la causa della vita, ma piuttosto la causa della morte\u201d. Il cattolico risponde: \u201cLa croce \u00e8 causa di morte, come ho detto. Si chiede: \u201cCome possono muovere accuse, quando Cristo per loro \u00e8 un profeta, quando non abbiamo menzionato che fu crocifisso, e dicono che era pi\u00f9 onorevole davanti a Dio che lasciarsi crocifiggere? Vorrei poter vedere cosa dicono di Yahya bin Zakariya (cio\u00e8 San Giovanni Battista) quando riconoscono che gli fu tagliata la testa e la diede a una schiava danzante che chiese che gliela donasse? \u201c\u00c8 chiaro che Ammar \u00e8 pi\u00f9 polemico di Timoteo, e dice sullo stesso argomento, accusando di ingratitudine chi nega la crocifissione: \u201cQuesto, o uomo, \u00e8 la grazia e il favore di Dio su di te attraverso la crocifissione di Cristo, che hai trovato disgustoso e hai trasformato la tua dovuta gratitudine in incredulit\u00e0 e screditamento\u201d. Tuttavia Timoteo dice nello stesso contesto: \u201cI profeti che tollerarono l\u2019uccisione degli ebrei non furono per questo respinti da Dio e disprezzati. Pertanto, non tutti gli ebrei assassinati vengono rifiutati e disprezzati. Questo \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che notano i profeti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda il ruolo degli ebrei nella crocifissione e nel tentativo di assolverli perch\u00e9 crocifiggendo Cristo avevano compiuto la volont\u00e0 di Dio, e se non fosse stato per loro, questa volont\u00e0 non si sarebbe compiuta, e quindi non erano a posto. colpa. Ammar Al-Basri segue la stessa dottrina quando dice: \u201cGli ebrei non credevano che le loro intenzioni di uccidere Cristo fossero intenzionalmente per il bene del popolo, ma piuttosto la loro antica tirannia, l\u2019invidia familiare e la maliziosa abitudine di uccidere i profeti di Dio, i santi , e i messaggeri li incitarono a farlo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Timoteo conferma al califfo l&#039;importanza di onorare la croce, poich\u00e9 essa ha portato per noi il frutto della vita: \u00abEgli ha tratto per noi dal legno della croce frutti di vita e ha rifulso per noi tra i rami del attraversiamo i raggi della vita e dell&#039;immortalit\u00e0 (...) Onoriamo la croce e la veneriamo, per riverenza al frutto della vita che da essa venne\u201d. La Chiesa cattolica invita il Califfo a onorare la croce perch\u00e9 l&#039;infinito amore di Dio per l&#039;umanit\u00e0 \u00e8 stato dimostrato dalla condiscendenza della sua parola al mondo e dall&#039;accettazione della crocifissione fino alla morte: \u201cIn effetti, ognuno deve mostrare il proprio amore per Dio attraverso la croce, mediante la quale l\u2019Onnipotente ha manifestato il suo amore verso tutti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dobbiamo soffermarci sul poeta arabo cristiano, vescovo Suleiman Al-Ghazzi. Questo poeta popolare, che sa rivolgersi alle menti e ai cuori, racconta che, quando era a Gerusalemme da giovane monaco, vide un&#039;icona che rappresentava Adamo partecipante alla crocifissione di Cristo, cos\u00ec dice:<\/p>\n<p>In alcuni luoghi, ho visto Adamo raffigurato sulla crocifissione di Ges\u00f9 ucciso<\/p>\n<p>Allora ho detto: Credi che questo sia un nostro peccato recente, e lo sia in quanto gi\u00e0 accennato prima?<\/p>\n<p>Salomone vuole sottolineare che partecipiamo all&#039;uccisione di Cristo ogni volta che commettiamo un peccato, poich\u00e9 Adamo rappresenta ogni essere umano in questa poesia.<\/p>\n<p>Mons. George, pastore della diocesi, ritiene che la negazione della crocifissione di Cristo da parte dei musulmani sia una negazione della cosa pi\u00f9 alta che Cristo ha fatto, cio\u00e8 dell&#039;\u201cIslam\u201d di Cristo sulla croce, vale a dire il suo completo abbandono alla volont\u00e0 di Dio.
