The living God

After the fall, man suffered in sin, which made his life difficult in his exile on earth. Man struggled with the reality of evil as he found how much evil can harm, and to stop this, he created his own Goddess which he believed would save him. (Romans 1: 23)
Man won’t accept the fact that his Goddesses are with no means, idols from “silver and gold, made by the hands of men” and it can not help. (Psalm 115: 4- 7) and to appease his Goddess, with no mercy man burned his own children as an offering. (Psalm 106: 37).
Man imagination was slow to know the fact about the living God which is confirmed by his mighty strength and been clearly seen, being understood by things are made (Romans 1: 20) until God spoke to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who was called after Israel. Since that the Israelites have known the living God and been promised to receive the salvation, “For you are a holy people to Jehovah your God, and Jehovah has chosen you to become his people, a special property out of all the peoples who are on the surface of the ground.” (Deuteronomy 14: 2)
God was known to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as God the Almighty. Then God gave Moses his name Jehovah said; “This is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations” (Exodus 3:15, 6: 3, Psalm 83: 18).
As man learned God’s knowledge and kept his commandments, the living God always was there hastening to help him get a better life, showing man how to love and be loved. God said; “Hear o Israel; The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your heart. Impress them on your children, talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.” (Deuteronomy 6: 4 - 9)
God is a spirit (John 4: 24), no one has ever seen God (John 1: 18), no one may see God and live. (Exodus 33: 20) God is jealous (Deuteronomy 5: 9), he does not give his glory unto other Goddess (Isaiah 48: 11). As God the almighty created the Heaven and Earth (Genesis 1: 1), the Sun remain a great sign shows how great the Living God is. (Psalm 104: 19) Meditating on the Sun, how it works, generates heat and light that can fulfil the daily needs of man, animals and plants can help to identify God. If we know, the sun cannot do anything except serving the earth for the benefit of Man. Also in conjunction with the Moon and Earth, the Sun creates nights and days, giving Man time to have a good sleep to renew his energy after a full busy day of work. In addition, it makes the necessary changes to the circle of nature for the four season’s spring, summer, autumn and winter. This is just one in million other examples, showing how much the almighty Living God loves Man. Is it not a proof that God the almighty fixed this system to fulfil all his creatures need?

I am sometimes wondering what is the benefit of what is seemed harmful such as insects, flies, snakes, ...etc. I think nothing in this earth plays no role, there is a systematic balance in the earth, and cycles that keep this balance for the benefit of mankind.

Thank you for sharing this article with me. I feel that meditating on God's Work can
touch deeply the feelings of love inside our hearts against the Lord our God and that helps so much to identify God's personality more closer and reveals his secrets. I agree with you, all insects and animals turned into harmful after God cursed them (because of the sin done by Adam). But of course The Living God created them for the benefit of man. Snakes and bee's poisons can be used in medical treatments. Also the dead microbes and germs can be used to develop the Antibiotics which Doctors use to treat its serious harmful illness, and many more is it?
From my childhood I loved the Nature and everything in it, so watching Birds, Butterflies, Moths and all other insects, including trees, Flowers and Roses gave me lots of happiness and it was for me one of tens of hobbies I had before in my early life as a teenager. And when it comes to be a hubby you buy books to learn more about the life of the different kinds of those creatures, so why I have a bookshelf full of different book about Nature at home? Thank you very much.
