It is said and it is true indeed: Prayer girds human weakness with divine strength, turns human folly into heavenly wisdom
and gives to troubled mortals the peace of God
We know not what prayer cannot do! We thank thee, great God, for the mercy-seat, a choice proof of thy marvellous lovingkindness
The Lord invited us
Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened
and I will give you rest
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for your selves
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light
