What worries us especially is that these missionary missions that are now issued in the United States are directed to all parts of the world and especially to the Middle East. In Cyprus, there are a large number of centers for these missions, all directed to the Middle East. But what is more dangerous than this is the agreement in outlook between the Zionist Jews and Christian Zionism (1) Which controls large numbers of some groups, especially the evangelicals in the United States. The actual alliance between the two parties makes us wonder: What is the purpose of these groups coming to our country?
There are many articles written, in TIMES magazine and elsewhere, about Christian Zionism and the great movements of these groups that fall under what is called especially Fundamentalism, i.e. “literalism” and “fundamentalism,” including especially Endespensationalism. Unfortunately, there is a correlation between the Jewish and Christian views of these people. For example, among the Jews, there is Rabbi Menachem Schneerson, the spiritual leader of the Chabad movement, who issued an appeal before the Gulf War in which he said that the Gulf crisis is a prelude to the coming of the Messiah. As we know, the Jews believe that the Messiah has not yet appeared and that his appearance will take place in Israel. They believe that one of the signs of his appearance is a great global tribulation, and that the Messiah will come to save humanity and renew the Judaism that dominates the world. Note that this view coincides with the view of these American “Christians” who say that the second coming of Christ has conditions, namely the establishment of the State of Zion and the gathering of the Jews of the world in it, then the Jewish state is exposed to an attack by non-believers, especially Muslims and atheists, then a great human massacre occurs called “Armageddon” in reference to the name of the plain “Megiddo” which lies between Galilee and the West Bank. In this massacre, destructive chemical and biological weapons are used and hundreds of thousands of attackers and Jews are killed together. After that, Christ appears on the battlefield to save the believers in the flesh, raising them above the clouds of battle where they see with their own eyes the bodies of the dead and the destruction and devastation on the earth, before “Christ” descends to earth and rules the world for a thousand years. What is striking about this is that the people who will be with Christ will be born again.
Among the followers of the Dispensational Church are prominent American figures, including former US President Ronald Reagan, and its most prominent preachers are Pastors Jerry Falwell and Hal Lindsey.
It is also strange that since 1970, the Baptist (renewed) pastor “Billy Graham”, mentioned above, has been repeating in his sermons, which are broadcast on American television networks, that the world is moving very quickly towards “Armageddon” and that the current generation of young people may be the last generation in history. There are several books by this preacher in which he speaks clearly about this subject.
Of the well-known Baptists, the former presidents “Jimmy Carter” and “Bill Clinton” we do not want to accuse or attack anyone, but we do not want to be so stupid that water runs under us without us knowing, and with all simplicity and naivety, whoever sings us a song we dance and sing with him. It is useful to know who the enemies of the church and the homeland are so that we can be cautious of them. All evidence indicates that the groups that come to us from abroad, especially from the United States of America, have a certain color, certain connections and certain goals, especially if we remember the religious “Middle East Television” station funded by America, which started from Cyprus to be received in southern Lebanon, just after the Israeli invasion in 1982 AD, and with it many heresies spread under the Israeli cover, especially the Baptists.
